With the CARD legislation taking effect in February, many consumers may be surprised about the information that will now be required to be disclosed on the credit card bill, for example, how long it will take to pay off the balance by making the minimum payments.
However, credit card companies have never been known to be succinct and clear in their disclosures but hopefully this new legislation will help.
