If you are like many people these days who are struggling with bad credit there may be some good news, not great news but good news.
If your bad credit can be attributed to one isolated time period or event, such as a job loss causing a foreclosure or something like that a lender may be able to look back at your credit history prior to the event and they may be more likely to work with you.
But if you have a long history of credit problems, you may not be as lucky.
