Selecting A Mortgage Broker

If you are planning to take advantage of the tax credit for homebuyers and purchase a home this year, you will likely need to select a mortgage broker to work with.

While many times you can get advice from your realtor, it is always a good idea to shop around and you should always be pre-approved for your mortgage before you find a home.
