In these times of credit card and credit upheaval, of course, there are more and more scams against the public taking place.
Today the Association of Settlement Companies or TASC, the leading trade association for the debt settlement industry, has offered a warning for consumers of a recent scam by companies who are purportedly offering a credit card rate reduction.
